Ingredients: Organic kuzu root. Kuzu can be used in place of other starches to create sauces, soups, puddings, pie fillings, and more. After preparing kuzu, add to liquid stock and simmer, stirring constantly until stock thickens and turns clear. Prepare kuzu by stirring 1-3 tsp. into a small amount of cool water. Mix until completely dissolved.
